Kindly note that my creations available on this platform are exclusive due to their handmade nature and use of repurposed materials. Consequently, they may exhibit slight imperfections, adding character and individuality to each piece.
Please consider your purchase carefully so that we can minimize unnecessary shipments and reduce environmental impact. In case you need assistance or have questions please get in touch.

I offer shipping within the European Union
The approximate delivery times are:
- 1 to 3 business days - Netherlands
- 1 to 5 business days - Germany, France, Belgium, Luxemburg
- 3 to 11 days - Rest of the European Union
Moreover, kindly note that I depend on my shipping partners and cannot be held responsible for potential delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

When placing an order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as I am unable to redirect your order after confirmation. When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email from me with a tracking code.
There is a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After that, you have another 14 days to ship it back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return costs must be covered by you and are non-refundable. Please consider getting shipping insurance or using tracked shipping service when returning an order, as I cannot refund items that get lost in the mail.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include personalized and made-to-order items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your or any other specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
